Sliding Door

It is used in cold rooms, freezer rooms, and shock rooms. It operates on the principle of sliding to the right and left as a single wing. Production can be made in the desired dimensions up to 250×300 cm net passage. It is manufactured by injecting 40 (+2, -2) density polyurethane between two sheets without using any wood material.
Production is carried out using special materials in compliance with European standards, ensuring long-term usage guarantee.

Description

DOOR LEAF: Polyurethane with a density of 40 (+/-2) is injected between two sheets without using any wood material.
DOOR THICKNESS: It is 92 mm in normal cold rooms and 120 mm in frozen storage rooms.
HANGING HARDWARE: The carrier rail, wheels, handles, and necessary accessories are made of composite material and stainless steel.
SURFACE SHEET: Both sides of the standard manufactured leaf are PVC sheet. Optionally, it can be polyester painted sheet and CrNi.
DOOR FRAME: The outer frame is special PVC, and the inner frame is aluminum.
THERMAL BRIDGE: In normal storage rooms, there is a single row of special rubber seals surrounding the door leaf. In the frames of Frozen Storage Doors, there is a resistor that can be easily changed when necessary.
DIMENSIONS: Production can be made in the desired dimensions up to a net passage of 250 x 300 cm.
