Hinged Door

It is used in cold and frozen storage rooms as well as shock rooms. It operates as a single leaf with the principle of opening to the right and left. Our hinge system is of the rising and adjustable type. Our locks are imported and manufactured with a phosphorescent anti-panic handle feature that allows opening from the inside when locked.

Description

DOOR LEAF: Injected with 40 (+/-2) density polyurethane between two sheets without the use of any wood material.
DOOR THICKNESS: 68 mm for standard cold storage rooms, 92 mm for frozen storage rooms.
LOCK: Imported, equipped with a phosphorescent anti-panic handle that allows opening from the inside when locked.
HINGE: Rising and adjustable type.
SURFACE SHEET: Both sides of the standard door leaf are made of PVC sheet. Optionally, polyester painted sheet and CrNi can be used.
DOOR FRAME: For industrial panel rooms, one wall of the room is specially produced as a door frame. Since the door leaf is mounted on this panel, there is no separate assembly problem. For rooms without panels, a special PVC outer and aluminum inner frame is used. Since the leaf is mounted on the frame, the application is very easy.
THERMAL BRIDGE: Sealed with a special rubber seal surrounding the door. Frozen storage doors are equipped with a resistance against freezing, and since the resistance is diode-based, it does not require a separate transformer.
DIMENSIONS: Production can be made in any desired size up to 100 x 200 cm net passage.
