Monorail Door

It is generally custom-made for meat processing facilities. It operates on the principle of sliding to the right or left as needed, serving as processing and shock passage doors. Monorail doors can be manufactured as hinged or sliding according to requirements. Production can be tailored to desired dimensions up to a net passage of 250×300 cm.
Compliance with European standards is ensured through the use of special materials, providing a guarantee of long-term use.

Description

DOOR LEAF: Without the use of any wooden materials, 40 (+/-2) density polyurethane is injected between two sheets of metal.
DOOR THICKNESS: In standard cold storage rooms, it is 92 mm, while in frozen storage rooms, it is 120 mm.
HANGING EQUIPMENT: The carrier rail, wheels, handles, and necessary accessories are made of composite material and stainless steel.
SURFACE SHEET: Both sides of the standard manufactured leaf are PVC metal sheets. Optionally, polyester painted metal sheets or CrNi can be used.
DOOR CASING: The outer casing is made of special PVC, while the inner casing is made of aluminum.
HEAT BRIDGE: In normal storage rooms, there is a single row of special rubber sealing around the door leaf. In frozen storage room doors, there is a resistor that can be easily replaced when needed.
DIMENSIONS: Production can be tailored to desired dimensions up to a net passage of 250 x 300 cm.
